We will depart Rome and travel to the medieval village of Mazzano Romano which is approx 1 hour outside of Rome.

Upon arrival we will visit a local merchant and experience hand picking the fresh ingredients to be used in the cooking lesson.

You will then have a fabulous cooking lesson with an experienced Italian Chef using all the local produce to prepare an Italian Pasta dish.

Once the cooking lesson is finished you will sit down and enjoy the fruits of your labour: the pasta together with local wine.

After lunch we will coninue on to visit Calcata Village where you will have the pleasure of wine tasting of the prestigious local wines of the area.
